Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever available.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Kashi Wellness is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
